William E. Manning

William E. Manning, a resident of Oswego passed away on January 13 at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse.
Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late William and Mary ( Finocchio) Manning and had attended Oswego schools.
He was employed with and later retired from the Oswego Railroad.
He was a member of Laborers Local #214 and the NRA.
Surviving are his two sisters, Lena North of Oswego and Susanne Manning of Nebraska.
He was predeceased by his brother, John Manning and his sister, Mary Gilmar.
Funeral services were private.
Arrangements were in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
