William E. Edwards

William E. Edwards, 72, a resident of Scriba passed away on April 27 at the Oswego Hospital.
Born in Watertown, he was the son of the late Earl W. and Ilene (Schumaker) Edwards and was a graduate of the Oswego High School.
Mr. Edwards was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1965-1969.
He enjoyed bird watching and colorings.
Surviving are his son, William Edwards of Scriba and his sister, Delores Bristol of Scriba.
He was predeceased by his wife, Anna Edwards in 2003 and his sister, Donna Sanders.
Graveside services will be held on Monday at 11:00 from the New Haven Cemetery.
Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
