Charles L. Ferguson

Charles L. Ferguson, 61, a resident of Scriba passed away on October 7 at his home.
Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Edward and Dorothy (Adrience) Ferguson and was a graduate of the Oswego High School.
He was a member of Operating Engineers #158 in Syracuse and worked on various projects throughout Central New York.
He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
Surviving are his wife of 18 years, the former, Carolyn Johnson Nelson, three stepchildren, Scott Nelson, Angie Murdock and Adam Nelson, several grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 at the Dowdle Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons Street, Easy Syracuse N.Y. 13057.
