Carolyn L. Mahoney

Carolyn L. Mahoney, 73, a resident of Oswego passed away on January 18 at the Seneca Hill Manor.
Born in Robertsdale, Alabama, she was a daughter of the late Foy and Geraldine Buske (Fafek) Ray and had attended Oswego schools.
She was a homemaker and a certified nursing aide.
Surviving are two sons, Maurice Mahoney Jr. and David Mahoney both of Oswego, three daughters, Patricia (Steven) Young of Lawrenceville GA., Catherine Mahoney of Oswego, Linda (Greg) Laurich of Youngstown, N.Y.,  four sisters, Jackie Yates of Florida, Nancy Buske of Oswego, Linda (Sonny) Thurlow of Florida and Virginia (Timothy) Coyne of Fulton, eight brothers, Ken (Laura) Buske of Oswego, Ron Buske of Florida, Mike (Ida) Buske of Missouri, Tom Buske of Florida, Jerry (Mary) Buske of Montana, Don (Debra) Buske of Oswego, Richard Buske of Oswego, Terry (Pam) Buske of Florida, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husband, Maurice Mahoney in 1984.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Sunday, January 29 from 2:00-4:00 with a service to follow the hours..
Spring burial will be in Peck's Cemetery.
